Refund policy

Sunhouse Outdoor Academy reserves the right to refuse services if the terms of participation are not met. Clients are reminded that all registration fees are non-refundable upon purchase.

If a child’s behaviour jeopardizes the safety or well-being of other children or staff, or if inappropriate behaviour persists despite interventions, Sunhouse Outdoor Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the child's enrolment without refund.

Children must arrive with appropriate clothing for the day's weather conditions, a sufficient snack, and water. If a child arrives unprepared or is deemed unfit by Academy Educators to safely participate in the program, parents will be given the opportunity to promptly return to the site with the required items. If this is not feasible, or if the child’s well-being is compromised, the child may be unable to participate for that day, and no refund will be provided. Repeated instances of unpreparedness may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

These policies are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and staff.
