During registration, the Client is asked to indicate their preferences regarding the use of photographs or videos involving their child:

Group Sharing: Clients can choose whether to allow Sunhouse Outdoor Academy Educators to take photos or videos of all children in their group to share privately among the parents within the group for updates and newsletters.

Promotional Use: Clients can grant or decline permission for Sunhouse Outdoor Academy to use photographs of their child for promotional purposes. This may include print materials, digital advertising, social media platforms, and the Academy’s official website.
The Academy respects all privacy preferences, and no images will be used outside the agreed-upon parameters without additional written consent.
